Project 1

I found it interesting that you can customize every detail of the brush tool. It was fun creating different textures, and varying the opacity.

I seemed to be challenged with my initial control over the different tools, while using a mouse.

I would use these different tools in future projects to emphasize different elements of a photograph. I look forward to trying to use more of a realistic emphasis on these projects.

Project 1 / Web Gallery / Leslie D. Martin

I tried to upload the PSD version but Google rejected it for some reason, so I'm stuck with uploading a JPG version. Also, the original image was rather large and in reducing it I notice some resolution problems.

I wouldn't say I am necessarily hugely in love with any of the photo's I 'brushed' but I think this is the best of them. It is the one that looks like it wasn't brushed."

1. "What did you find most interesting about using these features of Photoshop?"

Generally, you can't make them look unmanipulated unless you are perhaps just doing specific touch-ups..

"2. What challenges did you experience in the process?"

Making them not only look somewhat natural but making them blend well.

"3. How would you use these tools in future projects?"

Give me some time to think about that one.

"4. Add link of your completed web page to your blog a. Use the Link Icon in the blog posting dialog box to create the link ."

Lets get it started...

I am ready to start blowing the minds of individuals.
